Every Mug In Town product is made to order. Production typically takes 3–6 business days before your order ships. During holidays and periods of high demand, production may take longer.

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:

- Your item arrives damaged
- Your item has a manufacturing defect
- Your order is lost in transit
- You receive the wrong item

We do not accept returns for: change of mind, incorrect product selection, or personalized content errors made during ordering.

Photos may be required for verification. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After production is complete:

• Economy Shipping: 3–7 business days.

Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Example: 5 days production + 5 days shipping = ~10 business days from order date.

1. Check around your property (porch, mailbox, side door)
2. Ask household members or neighbors
3. Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us immediately at hello@mugintown.com with your tracking number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Minor variations in color and print placement may occur due to the sublimation printing process. Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen settings.

These small differences are normal and are not considered defects.
