Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before placing an order or using the Mug In Town website. By accessing our site or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Mug In Town

Mug In Town ("we," "us," or "our") is an e-commerce store operated from Peru, selling custom-designed and made-to-order products to customers in the contiguous United States. All products are individually produced upon receipt of an order and shipped directly to the customer.

2. Eligibility

By using our website and placing an order, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are located in the contiguous United States.
• You have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.
• All information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products

All products sold by Mug In Town are printed on demand upon receipt of your order. Each mug is individually produced and may show minor variations in color, appearance, or print placement that are inherent to the sublimation printing process and do not constitute defects.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed. We accept payment via Izipay and other methods displayed at checkout.

5. Order Acceptance, Changes & Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or modify any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inaccurate product information, payment issues, product availability limitations, or violations of these Terms. If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Because our products are made to order, order changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

6. Product Information & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, and specifications accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all information displayed on the website will always be complete, current, accurate, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or update information at any time without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All design assets, graphics, brand names, logos, and website content belonging to Mug In Town are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Customer Content & Personalization

By submitting custom text, names, or other personalized content for your order, you confirm that you have the legal right to use such content. Mug In Town is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations resulting from customer-submitted content. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringing material.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mug In Town shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in our policies, all products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mug In Town makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the website, uninterrupted availability of services, or the suitability of products for any particular purpose.

11. Force Majeure

Mug In Town shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, cyberattacks, governmental actions, or periods of unusually high order volume such as holidays and major shopping events.
